I acquired my novice ticket in 1963. I think my main attraction to the hobby is being able to find how something works. For this reason I am constantly tryingout new things. I have operated ATV both fast scan and slow scan. Also am very active in the developement of the packet network in Oklahoma. I also operate RTTY, AMTOR, and PACTOR. I even operate a little CW once in a whilebut still can't seem to get the hang of head copying which limits my speed.I also operate on the satellites, both voice and digital. One of my currentprojects is to provide radar images to the mobile storm spotters duringthe up coming storm season. 73 Hank W5HJ
